Nice place to stay in central Cagliari.

I liked that there was easy contact via Whatsapp. They even checked in with me to make sure everything was going ok.

I find that the methods for accomplishing the disposal of trash and recycling aren't always explained very well and the needed colored bags are often not supplied. I'm all in for recycling but I want to know exactly what has to be done and be given all the supplies. To be fair, I've been at several different places over the last three months and no one has covered all these bases.

Very good location, close to several points of interest as well as a bunch of shops, including a supermarket (CRAI) for water at Piazza Yenne. There is a fridge, a freezer, air conditioning, washing machine, etc. in the room. On arrival, it is recommended to walk up on Largo Carlo Felice to Piazza Yenne, then turn right and continue as far as Scalette Santa Teresa. For those being in a good physical condition, it is definitely fine.

It is not recommended for people with walking difficulties (I walk with a stick) as there is a nineteen-step staircase leading down from Via Giuseppe Manno. If you approch from below (Via Barcellona), it is even more demanding. The toilet is so close to the shower that it was impossible to sit facing forward (I am a corpulent person). It proved to be stressful to unlock the number lock, especially on leaving as it was still dark outside.

stupid video forwarded rules of trash collection sorting and putting on street - never happened before that Me as a renter has to care about days when and what you have to take out (5 different bags on different weekdays you have to take out). I have no problems sorting when there is bags and boxes for that, but saying in video that no trash should be left behind when I do not even stay all weekdays when some of it is collected is ridiculous. Get it sorted that you collect trash and it would be much better - which happened in next city on the Island.

The location was great plenty of restaurants cafes and shops around . Buses and train station only a short walk away The appartement is small but nicely done. The kitchen has everything you need for a short stay also it's great to have a washing machine .The bathroom was fine shower with plenty of hot water.The bed is great and the building is quiet We really enjoyed staying there and would go back if we go again to Cagliari

We did not have a car but if you have I would think that parking would be a nightmare
