It is mandatory to leave kitchen area clean as it was found, if not additional cleaning cost will be charged on guest. Guests can find instructions about waste sorting in every room of the property. For late check-ins (19.00-24.00) guests will be charged an additional cost of 50 EUR. If guest arrive later than time previosly indicated, he will be charged for an additional cost of 100 EUR. Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon. Eigener Parkplatz in der Garage. Im Sommer sicherlich ein schöner Pool, im Oktober leider nicht mehr zu nutzen da es zu kalt war.

Gravedona ist sicherlich nicht die schönste Stelle am See. Wussten wir leider vorher nicht. Die Wohnung war leider nicht sonderlich sauber und wir haben erst mal einige Spinnen entfernt. Das sollte auch in der Nebensaison nicht passieren. Kontakt zum Vermieter nur per vorgefertigter WA etwas unpersönlich.

"Виды с балкона и бассейна шикарные!!"

Своевременное заселение, виды закрывают все минусы которое могут быть. Нам очень понравилось проживание в этих апартаментах.

При выселении , арендатор написал, что мы должны убрать за собой апартаменты, либо задаток не возвращается. Им понадобиться больше времени для уборки и т.д. В отпуске не хочется убирать

Really nice spot, tall ceilings and a lot of space. Extra large comfortable bed in the main bedroom with sliding doors to go right outside

The lake view, nice swimming pool, hot tub

Coffee machine very basic, no fan in the toilet, bedroom super small that it was hard to open the wardrobe door. Not enough storage space and wardrobe for a flat that says suitable for 4 adults.

Lokalizacja jest dość dobra choć do najbliższej plaży trzeba dojść prawie 30 minut

Nie zostałem poinformowany, że w drugiej sypialni po otwarciu okna okazało się, że w odległości mniej więcej 40 cm znajduje się ściana. Bardzo ogranicza to dopływ światła oraz dostęp do świeżego powietrza. Odczucie przebywania w tym pomieszczeniu, to jak przebywanie w jaskini. To bardzo obniża atrakcyjność apartamentu No.5 na pewno. Na zwróconą uwagę, właściciel czuł się urażony, że to nie podoba mi się, i że mam źle nastawienie. Nie zaproponował nam żadnej rekompensaty za ten brak informacji o takiej niedogodności. Na pewno nie zarezerwuję tego obiektu ponownie i nie będę go nikomu rekomendował.
