For late check-ins (19.00-24.00) guests will be charged an additional cost of 50 EUR. If guest arrive later than time previosly indicated, he will be charged for an additional cost of 100 EUR. The private parking was magnificent! The friendlyness of the owner Riccardo could not be better! The view on lake Como was nice The piece and quiet was super!

Only the bed was a bit hard for us and the pillow a bit too thin. In warm nights an airconditioning would be perfect, bit the owner has fans that will do as well!

Nice owners, Riccardo and Valerio. Nice Pool area. Good car park

Sleeping room was extremly warm. Windows was towards the corridor, where permanently light was going on.

The view from the panoramic pool is amazing. The staff of the property were very nice. The property was quiet and the view from the balcony was outstanding. The internet connection was also quite good.

The only negative (not related to the property) is that to get around by foot (especially for those with baby strollers) was not very straightforward.

The shower was a touch too small for a tall male. I would have liked some coffee/tea in the room.

Riccardo is a great host, he was very responsive, provided helpful tips on where to eat good food notably. The appartment was very clean and tidy and well furnished. The place has a stunning view, with a wonderful panoramic area for sunbathing at the pool, the jaccuzzi experience was nice. The location is great, in a calm area but near all interesting places by car, that you can leave in the parking inside the residence. We really enjoyed our stay and warmly recommend the place and the host!:)

everything was perfect, the apartment was very clean, there is a big supermarket 1 minute away by car which have everything you need, and Ricardo was very helpful and friendly, we tried the Jacuzzi at night under the stars and it was amazing
