Views from the terrace. AWESOME

The bed was quite old, uncomfortable and combed in the middle.

Beautiful view of the ocean. Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment. Very easy to locate. Photos showing how cute it is are accurate. Lots of restaurants to choose from and two little Markets there to get your own supplies to cook.

Review from the balcony was 100%. My husband and I could sit, have a wine and have somewhere to relax after hiking the trails.

It would have been nice to have a dryer to dry our clothing, but we managed by turning the/heater on and dried our clothing within the day. A very minor inconvenience

Breakfast not applicable - self catering. Location was very good.

The power / electricity supply intermittently shut off. It continuously needed resetting.

* Cute little apartment with a lovely view from the balcony. * Clean with great a/c and wi-fi. * they sent information on how to access the apt. and it was fairly easy, although I'd advise anyone to check the booking.com app and also download WhatsApp * fyi it is impossible to get to the place without at least a few steps. (This whole area is steps). If that matters to you. *you can buy tickets for the shuttle bus to get from the train station to the town itself in the train station, I think.  We didn't know that and had to buy on board, which is more expensive.  If you have the Cinque Terra card: for hiking/trains it covers the shuttle bus.

* most of the information the owner/agency sent was in Italian, which was difficult to translate on the phone.  Booking.com only lets you "copy" the whole message, which is too long for Google translate.  Since they advertised in English and we booked everything in English it would be nice if they communicated with us on the app in English. * the trash/recycling situation in Corniglia is ridiculous and we're supposed to divide everything and take it out by some obscure schedule which is, again, only in Italian.  Apparently the cleaners simply "cannot" get rid of any garbage and you're supposed to take it with you and dump it in the public bins. * the little kitchen was clean but limited, with an electric kettle but no outlet, no microwave, no toaster, and no frying pan - just an old crusty wok.  (We stay in apartments so we can make breakfast.)  No dish towels, no paper towels, and no dish soap (there were blank bottles of a mystery substance, possibly soap, but not labeled.) * after visiting the 5 towns, I wouldn't bother staying in Corniglia, at least not in the summer.  The shuttle bus is PACKED and we often had to wait multiple turns to get on.  There is one main "street" for the town and that's it.  We thought we could experience the small little town at night after most people had left, but there wasn't much to see.
