The staff here is wonderful. This is a family operated establishment and they are all welcoming and incredible hosts. The onsite restaurant was very good. The apartment is clean, spacious and great for a family. The bus stop is right in front which makes things easy. Grest view of the village and the slopes. Great place to stay in Livigno.

Well organized apartment, 10 minutes walk from the center but in a quite place. Avoiding all the trafic in the town center, if was a perfect spot to hit the bike and hiking trails from. Great view from the main bedroom. Staff was kind and helpful.

Bed at the attic was soft and squeaky. Small kitchen w/o stove and just a small fridge (We like to cook...).

Size , location,worm except room upstairs, parking. Option to eat in hotel

Not enough worm upstairs. No extra blanket facilities. Now extra pillows. Existing pillows very flet. Limited kitchen facilities- needs improvement.
