Phoenix Garda Hills

The host was very nice and communicative. The location is perfect and the apartment was big with lot's of space and good facilities. The pool was bigger than expected and we enjoyed it. It also has a free parking next to the apartment door.

The wifi could have been better.

The apartment was lovely and well appointed, with high quality furniture and furnishings. The kitchen had plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The pools were very nice and the underground garage and parking was very useful. We had a lovely time and really enjoyed staying here.

The WiFi wasn’t working. There was no direct access to the lake.

The apartment was wonderful. Spacious, clean, very well laid out. Very handy having an underground garage that you then walked into the apartment from. Nice to have our own private garden and terrace with table and sun pounders that we could sit outside. Air con worked very well. Swimming pool right outside the door too which was a good temperature and needed in the heat! Just a short walk from the lakefront and some restaurants.

Excellent accommodation in good location between old and new parts of Sirmione. Lovely pool. Lots of nearby restaurants. Very close to the lake and amenities.

No air con in basement bedroom, however, air con just outside and effective if door open. Location of room also means it doesn’t get too hot.

Pictures don’t do it justice. Great property, grounds (pools) and location.

The owner coordinated my contact with the host who met me outside exactly when they said. I got a good explanation of the property and features and it was very efficient.

There was a slight language barrier, but we got by

Very beautiful apartment. The apartment was clean, central, and much better in reality. The apartment was located in the most beautiful area, it was also close to the bus stop, restaurants, shops etc. Thanks for an amazing stay, and thanks for all the great help and quick reply from Oksana and Svetlana!
