Iets verouderde interieur. Wat minder comfortabel buitenmeubels. Is wel aan vervanging toe maar was wel nog functioneel.

Eine Traumwohung! Was für eine tolle Wohnung. Die Fotos hier entsprechen absolut der Wahrheit. Die Lage in Santo Stefano al Mare ist perfekt. Direkt am Strand des typisch italienischen Fischerdorfes. Santo Stefano al Mare als auch das Nachbardorf Riva Ligure sind pittoreske Schmuckstücke der Ligurischen Küste. Der Privatparkplatz und die Anlage des Gartens, über den man zur Wohnung gelangt , begeistern sofort. Die Terrasse mit dem direkten Blick auf das Meer und der Küste sind sowohl bei Tag als auch bei Nacht wunderschön und laden zum genießen und verweilen ein. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung kann als vollständig erachtet werden. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt (z.B. Fön, Kaffeemaschinen, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Backofen, usw…). Die Räume sind wie in der Anzeige ausgestattet und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Der nette und zuvorkommende Kontakt rundet das Gesamtpaket ab.

Wenn es etwas zu verbessern gäbe, dann wäre das die Stärke des WLANs.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für uns. Tolle Lage, schön eingerichtet und Retsaurants, Supermarkt etc. in der Nähe. Nachts sehr ruhig, das Meer vor der Tür. Viel Platz, wir kommen wieder. Nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.
