Квартира хорошая просторная. С хорошим ремонтом, на 7человек всего хватает. Остались довольны. Близко до магазинов, недалеко до транспорта и прогулок пешком до центра. Тихий район.

Кухня очень тусклый свет. И уставшая столешница. Но это отдыху не помеха.

Majdnem minden tökéletes volt, különösen jó volt, hogy a bérbeadó hölgy beszélt magyarul, és nagyon segítőkész volt.

Egyetlen, de igen kellemetlen problémank az volt, hogy a leirásban szerepelt vendég wc, de mégis csak egy volt a fürdőben. Öten voltunk, ez a készülődésünket nagyban hátráltatta, lassította.

Very Disappointing Stay – Unresponsive Host and Poor Conditions We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this property. From the beginning, communication with the host was difficult — they were largely unresponsive. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait outside while they went upstairs to hoover and tidy up, which was not a good first impression. Several things in the apartment did not work properly: the sockets are faulty, making it impossible to charge multiple devices at once; light bulbs in the kitchen were out; and the shower head doesn’t attach to the wall, so you have to hold it the entire time. We rented the apartment for four adults and one child for four days and were only provided with two toilet rolls. The mattress was old and stained, with no mattress protector, which is unhygienic. Even more concerning, on our last day while we were out, the host entered the apartment without notice, moved things around, and left notes stating we had to clean the place or face a “cleaning fee.” There was no mention of this in the booking information. Finally, the thermostat is locked, so you can’t adjust the temperature. This was especially frustrating since we had a small child and couldn’t make the apartment warmer when needed. We’ve travelled extensively and always read the rules carefully before booking, but this was by far the worst experience we’ve had. The property and the management fall well below acceptable standards, and we would not recommend this listing to other travellers.

El apartamento esta bien, y muy bien situado. La cocina parece estar bien equipada aunque solo la usamos para desayunar. Tiene dos terrazas estupendas.

El sistema eléctrico es el único pero que le pongo. Le falta mas luz a la cocina, el interruptor de la luz de una de las habitaciones esta fuera en el pasillo. Alguno de los enchufes no funciona. Por lo demás ningún problema.

La ubicación.

Dpto sin luz en la cocina. Un solo baño para 5 personas.

Posizione centrale, 10 minuti a piedi dal lungomare dalla città vecchia e dalla stazione. Appartamento accogliente e pulitissimo.

La luce in cucina è come se non ci fosse… peccato, unico piccolo difetto di questa casa
