The apartment is massive! Excellent water pressure and all kitchen appliances and utensils needed. We stayed in Lucca for 4 days and the host was super helpful with providing info regarding free parking and calling taxi for us on both occasions.

The air con is very loud.

The location of this apartment is unbeatable. A very central location and beautiful inside and out. Couldn’t fault the interiors, very special place.

The beds in the twin rooms were near enough unusable. The bed frame is extremely fragile, they were like children's beds and felt they could cave in at any moment. Also very small for a single bed. The accommodation says that they can put a sofa bed in one of the rooms as an extra person can stay. However, this isn’t a sofa bed; it’s a very thin mattress like thing on the floor and again - tiny! Very uncomfortable for the guests who stayed in the twin/ sofa bed room. However the other guests in the double rooms had more sleep and were much more comfortable.

This apartment has the wow factor, beautiful decor in a fantastic location.

It would be good to have some basics provided such as coffee, olive oil. I wouldn't recommend for children (or rowdy teens) as there's lots of items that require particular care.

To have been warned that one of the shower room has bad odour. Management blamed it on the city sewer. Secondly, the hot water system failed on the last day which means we couldn't shower and we had children with us. Again management blamed it on power surge ?! These are preexisting problems that could have been solved or at least warn us of. We had stayed in other properties which was welcoming and left us Easter egg and a bottle of fizz! We paid far more for this property as its a stylish one but its less warm hearted!
