The apartment is lovely & big, a comfortable lounge with a tv (not English), a nice big couch and a good kitchen. The entire apartment can be darkened at night which is great when you want to sleep late, this goes for the 2 bedrooms as well as the lounge/kitchen area. The shower is inside the bath and there was enough hot water for both of us to shower. The area was fine & it is not far from the station or from the main shopping/eating areas. it is very nice & quiet and just off the main street to the busy part of town. Giulia sent us a message before arrival & once we sent our passport details, she gave us the code to the lockbox where the keys were. It was easy travelling to Pisa & Cinque Terre from the accommodation & we enjoyed the space that was provided by the apartment.

We were left with only 1 toilet roll for a period of 3 days, i requested more & the host came back that she only provides one which is unacceptable for a period of 3 days. I would advise older people to be careful getting in & out of the bath to shower as it is slippery. The second bedroom only has a small single bed, I suggested to the host that she can fit a double bed into this room as well as a mirror above the dressing table so one can dry your hair in front of the mirror. She left enough coffee for 2 days for one guest & no tea bags for others that dont drink coffee. our family stayed in a different apartment where the owners left them snacks & lots of fresh milk, cakes, coffee & tea. These are minor things & does not distract from the lovely apartment.

Great location, easy walk to train station for access to cinque terre. Plenty of lovely cafes/restaurants and shops all around. Nice & lively city.

Unfortunately, we didn't know you couldn't use multiple appliances at once. I had the oven heating up and blow-drying my hair, which turned off the whole apartment's electricity. There's a small box that I tried to turn on, but it didn't work, so I spent the evening in the dark with no power or hot water. After a while, the owner responded letting me know the box was all the way downstairs and I couldn't use multiple appliances at once or it would shortcut the apartment.

Very comfortable and clean flat with all you need. Perfect location. Very friendly and efficient communication with the owner. We very much enjoyed our stay there. Very quiet, comfy bed.
