Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden en was erg hondvriendelijk

Un'alloggio accogliente quanto il suo oste, il parquet aggiunge un tocco di calore all' abitazione. Ci siamo trovati benissimo

In particolare ho chiesto se era possibile avere un garage x una notte x ospitare un'auto d'epoca addobbata x matrimonio, al di fuori del nostro contratto,, mi e stato dato il suo personale oggi giorno nn capita spesso grazie

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und kooperativ. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht zu überbieten!

Schöne Wohnung, netter Gastgeber. Mir hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Accommodation was very cosy and in a beautiful location. Alex was friendly, helpful and made us feel welcomed. Only one local restaurant was open but served good food. And there was a mini shop nearby which was handy.

As we didn't drive, it was quite a lot of travelling from Turin airport by bus and train to get to Luserna San Giovanni and then walking 20 minutes to the small hamlet where the accommodation is located. Also unfortunately there was quite a bit of dog barking during the night / early mornings

Wonderful location with stunning views. Close to the main road, but very quiet place. Alex was a fantastic host. He gave us all info necessary and was flexible to our needs. Spacious room with small equipped kitchen. Pallets kettle kept the room warm all day long. Convenient parking just over the street.

Coul be a bit cleaner. Quite a lot of dust, probably from the palettes kettle? The pans and dishes were not very clean. Probably are not checked after every client. We dished washed what we needed to use. It was an announcement to in the room that the towels and linen are refreshed every 3 days, but we haven’t had this service it during our stay.

Proximity to the sights we wanted to visit - Monviso and Sacra di San Michele. Accepted pets. Nicely decorated. Well-equipped kitchen. Quiet neighbourhood. Possibility to self-checkin. Alex was helpful and welcoming, thank you.

No kitchen extractor fan so we chose not to do any heavy cooking because it would smell out the place!

A very comfortable apartment with modern fittings and a well equipped kitchen. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the mountains, parking is a few metres from the building. Alex is present at check-in replied promptly to any queries.
