A large apartment well equipped for a family of 3. Beautiful views of mountains and lake. In a quiet and relaxing location.. Situated in the heart of Maccagno which is very clean and beautiful area, a real pice of heaven. Train station, bus stop, supermarket, restaurants, fast food, coffee shops in 5 minutes walk.

We were given the wrong room upon arrival. It was dimly lit, tired, and had a damp, musty smell. It also lacked the balcony I had reserved. Moved after one night to the correct room, but marked down on this point.

location lovely, easy to find / park etc.; Wi-Fi was great, temperature in the casa was perfect and towels and sheets were so nice and clean! the staff and breakfast were also great 😊

they need to upgrade the cooking supplies, just 1 sharp knife please; also, provide dish soap and towels and lighter for stove. the sofa is super uncomfortable too
