Appartamento bello ed accogliente. In una posizione eccezionale. Non mancava proprio niente ed il proprietario è stato davvero premuroso.

The place was very close to the places we were planning to visit. It was clean and charming. The host was responsive and helpful.

The building - but its state is not something the owner has control over.

First of all, Claudio is an amazing host! Very helpful and friendly! We loved the property, right in the city center, if you come by car you also get a pass to park in the city center (mind you, it’s still busy!) apartment is lovely and very cute.

Mitten in der Innenstadt von Modena. Uriges altes Haus. Bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage, es funktioniert alles. Restaurant direkt vor der Tür.

Für Menschen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, könnten die Treppen eine Herausforderung werden. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Für uns war es kein Problem.

Das Apartment liegt zentral im Stadtzentrum. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar bei Problemen mit dem Auto unterstützt. Insgesamt eine klare 10/10.

L'appartamento è davvero molto carino, arredato con gusto e fornito di tutto il necessario, la posizione comodissima per raggiungere in un attimo il centro di Modena e l'host è davvero una persona molto disponibile e gentile. Tutto perfetto!

Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto e anche se ci sono un po' di scale da fare il poter raggiungere un posto così accogliente tra i tetti di Modena vale davvero la pena.

This cute and cosy apartment is located right near the centre of Modena and 10mins walk from the train station. The Badia 8 building retains much of its original elements and has an interesting history. The apartment itself is comfortable (it is up a few flights of stairs for those that may have mobility issues) and has everything you need for a short stay. Our host Claudio was very thoughtful and provided information and recommendations on restaurants nearby (also left some treats for us to snack on in the interim) His communication was also excellent.
