Great location, and excellent host

Located right downtown in the historic centre of Modena, this small apartment has been thoughtfully carved out of a historic building. The host was communicative and accommodating.

Be prepared for a significant stair climb!

Its located in the town center. And Claudio is the best host during my travel. He respons promptly to my qeuery and very informative. Thank you very much Claudio, you have made our stay in Modena pleasant.

The stairs 😆😅.. but its unavoidable. Claudio has sent the information about the building prior to our arrival, so we are very much anticipated the stairs, some wide some narrow, and uneven steps. All information was clear.

Stefano was so helpful and answered all of our questions. We were walking distance from restaraunts and the market. The apartment was well furnished. We had everything we needed.

If you are unable to walk up stairs, this isn't for you.
