Great apartment for up to 4 people. Super communication with host - including important tips for Palermo’s nightlife. Well located at Palermo central and 10m to the airport bus. Main Street towards Centro starts there.

Proximity to the central train and bus stations

I was expecting more bedrooms as advertised on the site, we had to share a double bed. The kitchen didn’t supply sufficient water for one night for two people, there was just one small bottle of water in heatwave weather conditions. The kitchen had nothing in it except a coffee machine. The cafe which was close by supplying breakfast in the morning was dreadful, their bathroom was unhygienic, we couldn’t wash our hands, and most of the staff knew nothing about the arrangement, which was embarrassing. The arancini supplied was horrible, and again they said we would have to purchase the water.

We really loved our stay, the apartment was at a great location near the central station. Gabriella and Maurizio were also so friendly and helpful throughout Whatsapp. Lovely apart as well! Would definitely recommend it. It’s close from the center as well, and easy to reach.

First of all, I want to highlight the excellent communication with the owner of the apartment. The apartment itself even exceeded our expectations. It is located right at the central train station of Palermo – you can reach any part of the island without being dependent on a car. When booking this apartment, we were provided with free bus tickets from the airport straight to the apartment, as the bus station is just a one-minute walk away. The parking situation was also great – we found a spot right at the entrance every day without any problem. It takes only 7-10 minutes on foot to get to the historical center. The apartment was clean, and the bathroom is very modern. The air conditioning saves you during the hot day and helps you relax during stuffy nights. The price-performance ratio is simply amazing. Once again, thank you to the host for the warm hospitality! I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and already miss Palermo!

The are is very close to everything however there are a lot of homeless people

The apartment is spacious and clean and well oraganized. We did not have any problem getting into the apartment. The apartment is very convenient located very close to train station and bus station. Just to mention for other people to know: You do not meet the host at all, everything is through the Whatsapp app and you open the outside building door through a link the host send you before arrival; it does mean you have to have good internet connection. it is the fort floor, but it has a lift.

There is not second room. The "second room" is located in the living room where the kitchen also is, which would be a problem if there is a need of privacy.
