Nice apartment, fully equipped, perfect to spend a weekend. 20 minutes walk from the beach.

Property is great Overall. Host is way too good. They have everything you need. So just go and Relax have a good time no problem. I can’t thank host Enough, they are wonderful people. We checked in middle of the night due to unforeseen circumstances they went above and beyond to receive us and walked us through at night. They even showed us around at that time and were convenient throughout. 10/10. Must check the nearby beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Pretty pleasant.

Everything is perfect only cons which isn’t a big deal was we thought it was a short distance to airport and public transport would be easy but public transportation wasn’t that convenient but can’t blame that on property.

Everything was ok

The agent who greeted us was very efficient, helpful and friendly. Her son translated and he is a lovely chap too with excellent English. The apartment was very clean and adequately equipped.

The description of the property was a little misleading. It described it as a 1 bedroomed apartment with 1 double bed and a sofa bed. In reality it is a studio apartment I.e. the bed, sofa bed, kitchen were all in one room together. To be fair, the photo did show that if you looked carefully, but the description could be clearer. Also, the sofabed was too short for my 18 year old daughter (she is 5ft 8in tall) and it was extremely creaky (noisy springs).

The energy supply of the apartment could be improved and the shower is kind of old

clean property with a small kitchen to cook. location is out of Rome but good for relaxing. our host greet us at time of arrival and gave us keys and guide about transportation.

it is far from Rome and you need to take a bus name “cotral” to reach Rome. the time of buses is usually late. sometime we wait for hour at bus stop to find a bus.

Perfect location.
