There is no ‘Large double bed’ as described but 2 very small single camp style uncomfortable beds pushed together with poor quality light mattress that slides about on top. On first night it slid off base and I fell on floor. There is only about 400 mm on each side of the bed to walk around it The base of shower is a small bathtub engrained with dirt. The towels we were given for week are like sandpaper. Not only that but they then expect you to pay €30 for duvet cover and towels and leave the duvet cover and pillow cases on bed for us to make up. Our other 3 friends who also had a booking here ( through We ski) demanded to be moved to another hotel which they were with compensation. Our other friends are staying at lovely Edelweiss hotel with spa, hotel bar and breakfast included for less than we are paying. Not only that but this place is advertised as suitable for 4 people. There is not enough space for 2 people never mind 4 people. The fittings are old and shabby. The heating can’t be controlled and either too cold or too hot.

Hosts are really kind and helpful. We rang them a couple of times and they were always ready to give us solutions. Unfortunately we had to wait half an hour for our keys, which is not great with kids!

Unfortunately the flat was very old and bits were falling to pieces (lights, tap, bathroom lock) For the money we paid we expected a kitchenette, instead we only have a tiny cooking hole inside a cupboard! We also had to pay extra for having bedsheets and quilts and towels, on top of an expensive bill already.

Great location, very close to the cable car

Ground floor apartment is rather dark and cold, if you come with a dog they will not allow you to stay on the higher floor
