Very comfortable, very quiet, spacious and clean. Our host, Paolo, was welcoming and accommodating. Conveniently located just off via Cassia, pleanty of free parking nearby. Grazie e arrivederci.

The apartment is pretty spacious. It has a balcony with clothes lines and clips. We loved everything there. It meets the needs of the Via Francigena pilgrims. There's everything you might need. The room even has a sort of AC that cools the room down. There's also a fan. The kitchen was well equipped, there was a cold bottle of water prepared for us in the fridge. The host Paolo was really nice. We walked the Via Francigena on a hot day and were very tired. He was so nice to check us in at 11.00. Way before the check-in time. He also let us use another room in the apartment. He recommended a good restaurant for dinner too. The apartment is on the third floor, but there is a lift. It is quite close to shops and restaurants and within a walking distance from the historical centre. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend for pilgrims or anybody visiting Capranica.

Very friendly and helpful host. Also recommended an excellent osteria. Washing line to dry clothes- we were lucky with wind and sun. Spacious and light apartment beautifully furnished.
