Casa Patty...Breath-taking view!

The view is indeed breathtaking. The hosts and the property manager Stephania were terrific. We even forgot our things in the safe and they arranged for a driver to get them back for us in Naples. They left many things (groceries, kitchen tools, etc.) for us on the property which was a pleasant surprise. They arranged for people to come to carry our bags to and from the property to the main road.

Really minor things: the doors make noise when it's very windy outside, our little boy (two years old) tried to go up the stairs a few times and we had to be creative to prevent that (i.e. using a table or chairs). There are many stairs when approaching the hours (which I guess is for many if not for all houses in Positano - it is mostly build on a mountain) - it was a bit hard for our growing parents (~70 years old) to go up.

Recently renovated, the accommodation was very strategically located within Positano. We really liked its terrace which overlooked Positano and its beautiful beach, perfect place to have breakfast when the sun is out. Stefania our host made a lot of effort in making our stay as pleasant as possible as she was really helpful in arranging transfer, restaurant bookings, tours. Complimentary champagne, juices, breakfast, Easter chocolates and snacks just added to our amazing stay in Positano.

The view from the roof deck was amazing. Also had a balcony off the main bedroom. Kitchen had all new appliances. Terrific host - they even had some hospitality goodies for us in the room. Lots of room for our family (two adult children) to spread out. Would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back.

The shower was a little on the small side by American standards, but is not a deal breaker.

everything was perfect! Amazing view from the balcony on the top, beautiful place fully equipped with attention to details, lot of thing to eat (fruits, croissant, deserts and sparkling wine)… nice location close to the beach… we were totally amazed by the place! Definitely our favorite place we stayed in our whole trip in Italy.

Location and view are unmatched! Staff was amazing.Fruit bowl was a very nice touch. Sun deck is spectacular! Great living area and kitchen.

One bed was very comfortable and one wasn’t. A clothes dryer would be nice. A few extra trash bags and a little laundry soap.

The view was great

I did not like having to go up around 100 steps or more caring my luggage. We didn’t realize there were that many steps when we booked it. Two of our elderly people had to get another place to stay because they could not to the steps and cart their luggage up.

The views were spectacular, more than I expected.

The location, close to the centre and the main beach. Literally a 4-5 minute walk down to the beach..

The contact we had with Stefania was brillant. She helped answer all our questions about the surrounding area and sorted our transfers and restaurants bookings for us. The apartment was lovely and spacious with stunning views of Positano. The sun terrace was an added bonus. We were able to watch the evenings entertainment from above with the duomo plaza hosting regular italian musical performances. The apartment was kept cool during the hot summer day. The apartment is located at the bottom of a very steep set of stairs (80 steps), so luggage was quite challenging to get down from the road. The beach and town is about a 5min walk down (lots of steps) from the apartment. The hosts provided welcoming gifts of fruit, pastries and drinks, which was unexpected and a lovely gesture and very much appreciated.

The only negatives about our stay would be the downstairs shower had a limited amount of hot water, whilst the twin beds ans 2nd double bed weren't the most comfortable, although they were adequate. On arrival we were informed that there was to be a €300 deposit, which wasn't mentioned on booking.com or any communication with the host.

This villa had a great roof top balcony with table, chairs and an umbrella. Only 80 steps from main road and a short walk to the beach and stores. Many food locations near by. The villa had a washer and 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. A lot of space to spread out with a family of 5. At night we watched the fireworks for the Faragusto celebration. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we need. We would differently stay here again. The villa manager Stephanie helped us with transportation arrangements, dinner recommendations and reservation and she was also gave us great ideas on how to spend the time in Positano!

Everything was great and we do not have any issues.
