The location was perfect and the facilities really good

Property was in a great location - 15 minutes from the train station, 10 minutes to old city center, and plenty of eateries at your door step. Being able to use the shared kitchen facilities was a bonus and having the lounge separate from the room was great (plenty of space!). Overall great place to base yourself in Bologna for a few nights to explore everything the city has to offer.

Being on the first floor, you can hear quite a bit of street noise which may bother light sleepers. The bed was a bit hard for me but that’s just personal preference.

I really liked the location! Natasha was very nice. The contact very easy. She responded right away if i had any questions. The room was big enough and the bathroom was huge. Nice shower.

After 4 days there was quite a lot of dust. It would have been great after 3 days to whipe. But I know it is not a hotel so it was o.k. For me.

The location close to both the city centre and the train station

The size of the bathroom. Extremely small and narrow. Could only enter walking sideways and could not sit “front on” on the toilet due to no leg room and we are not tall people. No air flow as the only window faced an internal courtyard. Difficult access to cooking facility due to furniture placement and the bar fridge being located in front of the cooktop.
