"Relax e comodità in un ambiente estremamente accogliente"

Struttura in posizione strategica, camere pulite e spaziose, due bagni , cucina accessoriata di tutto , fornita di macchinetta da caffè con cialde, bollitore con diversi The e infusi, acqua in frigo e qualsiasi confort a cui si possa pensare. Ogni bagno ha il suo asciugacapelli e uno dei due è addirittura fornito di diffusore. Simonetta, che si occupa della gestione della struttura, è una persona estremamente disponibile, attenta ad ogni esigenza ed estremamente carina. Non manca niente!

Centralissima, comoda per tutto compreso il parcheggio che è molto vicino. Host della struttura gentilissima e molto disponibile. Comodo, pulito ed organizzato. Consigliatissimo!

"A nice place to stay in Orvieto"

Size as advertised, first floor, 2 baths, washer, complete kitchen, good air con and wifi, excellent hot water, coffee machine and toaster, quiet. Simonetta met us at the door for early check in. Not elegant but clean and functional.

We liked everything about the property. Very comfortable, with a lot of charm, with everything you might need. Great location with free parking. Cute little balcony where you feel like in a time machine.

It was a bit inconvenient that we had to leave the parking card in the apartment which meant one had to walk back to the apartment to leave it. However, considering the traffic and parking options in the town, it was more than worth it.

"Eine super Ferienwohnung, um Orvieto und die Gegend zu erkunden"

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral in Orvieto und ist für eine Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und Eisfach, Waschmaschine, ...). Der Check-In war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Der Parkplatz ist schnell fußläufig zu erreichen, es geht nur gut bergauf. Wir haben uns bei unserem kurzen Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt und abends den Tag auf dem kleinen Balkon zur Straße hin ausklingen lassen.

Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist sehr durchgesessen und damit wenig bequem. Insgesamt wirkt die Möblierung und Dekoration etwas kahl, aber das ist sicher auch Geschmacksache.
