Very nice and equipped house, great host. The location of the house was very quiet. The car park right in front of the house, very convenient.

A clean, quite spacious apartment located in a peaceful residential area. The host also provided parking at the back of the apartment building. The check-in process was smooth with detailed instructions and photos. The kitchen has a gas stove, and there's an automatic gas water heater, ensuring a constant supply of hot water with a good water pressure in the shower. Overall, everything was enjoyable, except for a couple of minor issues and the air conditioning.

The location of the air conditioner in the apartment was the least appealing aspect for me; it's situated in the corridor, and I don't think it can cool not only the nearby rooms but also the living room or kitchen. Luckily, we had a heavy rain at night, which made it less hot, and we could open the windows. The kitchen is relatively cramped (narrow); only one person can cook there, and the trash bin is located at the far end of the kitchen. The internet speed is good, over 80 Mbps, but it's only strong in the living room; the signal is very weak in the distant room and the toilet.

The distance of city centre, but isn't problem.

The place is equipped with all the necessities, very clean and spatious. We travelled by car so the free parking was a plus and it was easy for us to get to the center - just a few minutes drive.

There was no hot water, so we had to shower with lukewarm water which is not terrible but not ideal either.
