Super clean and comfortable. Communication was very professional. Parking was easy and plentifully.

Very nice studio apartment with own closed parking for residents behind the building. Nicely decorated and fully equipped. Quiet. Aircon. Owner very hospitable and available.

A bit outside the historic centre but easy to reach walking or by bus at very nearby bus stop.

The host is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. We definitely enjoyed the stay

What we like most about this apartment was the five star service from the host who was so friendly and helpful almost like a personal guide to the city and literally could not do enough for you. The location and the secure safe car parking was invaluable and the apartment was pristine and as advertised. A special mention for the excellent Wi-fi, fantastic shower and huge double bed which was so comfortable

If you intend to cook meals the work surface and utensils are limited.

Alberto, the manager of the property, could teach others a master class in how to host. He thought of every detail. He showed us how to use all the keys (there are several, for trash, the laundry, the parking lot, etc.), and walked us through everything. The washing machine & dryer (which he showed us how to use, because European equipment is quite different from American ones) were labeled with small English translations of all the settings.He explained the settings on the stove & oven, and showed us where all the pans, glasses, etc. were. The apartment was great: quiet, comfortable, sparkling clean, and orderly. The apartment's parking lot was secure and easy to access. In Bologna, it is *very* important to have a secure place to park your car. Alberto had a guide for us of nearby facilities: the grocery store, the bancomat, the pharmacy, and more. Plus he had a list of excellent restaurants nearby. The apartment's location was ideal for a walk to the pedestrian center of town, much of the way is covered by porticos, so you don't have to worry much about rain. Alberto is at your service via text and phone for any questions or issues. This is one of the best-managed properties I've ever enjoyed.

Everything. The apartment was impeccable, modern, clean and so comfortable. We had the best sleep and the best shower in all of Italy. Alberto was very kind and helpful. You can tell he is very passionate about Bologna.
