La dimora di Kinzica

Cudowne miejsce, pięknie urządzone, wszystko co potrzebne, a nawet więcej :) a w rzeczywistości jest jeszcze ładniejszy i większy :)

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Appartamento spazioso e ben arredato, completo di quanto serve. Nelle vicinanze sono presenti tutti i servizi necessari per garantirsi un buon soggiorno. Parcheggio libero nelle vicinanze e fantastica pasticceria.

L'area cortilizia condominiale é pittoresca ma lascia perplessi quanto a odori poco gradevoli. Questo ultimo aspetto si presenta in modo deciso anche nel bagno dell'appartamento che risulta privo di finestra ed areatore. Altra cosa da segnalare è la presenza di due rampe di scale a servizio dell'appartamento posto al 2°piano, piuttosto impegnative se si è anziani soprattutto con valigia al seguito. Le rampe sono inoltre all'aperto e quindi esposte alle possibili intemperie.

Molto accogliente e pulita

The communication with the host was very good, he gave us valuable information. The location is nice and cozy. It is a 15-minute walk from the train station and a 30-minute walk to the tower, it has a fixed bus stop as you exit the street. It is a safe area, at 7-10 minutes' walk there is also a Coop hypermarket for shopping.

I couldn't sleep for two nights because of the noises from the apartment next door. There was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom. I would have preferred self check-in in order not to pay the late check-in fee (after 18:00 it is charged, we arrived around 19) and not to have someone waiting for us.

The place is really like the photos and it’s beautiful.

For 5 days and 4 nights we stayed in there, the air condition is not working so we can’t chilled in the place. We can’t also sleep in peace because it’s really hot.

Very pretty apartment and in a good location. Lovely staff.

Kitchen could use a few more utensils. TV needs to connect to internet properly so apps can be used.

The apartment was fully equipped, clean and beautifully furnished (2 city bikes for free use). Great location and very kind and helpful host. We fully enjoyed our stay at the accomodation! :)
