La cosa che mi è piaciuta di più è la location. La stanza è infatti centralissima, voto location 10+ Carinissimo il balconcino che affaccia sul piccolo bar sotto ai portici! Ottimo il self check-in / checkout. Comunicazione con il proprietario senza problemi, disponibile anche su whatsapp.

La cosa che mi è piaciuta meno è l’estetica. Considerando che ho già soggiornato in precedenza in altri B&B di Via dell’Indipendenza a Bologna e allo stesso prezzo (soggiorno infrasettimanale), ho trovato stanze tenute molto meglio, curate in piccoli dettagli di design e con ottima tinteggiatura sulle pareti (qui tra le varie cose ho notato il dettaglio del retro del termosifone, ad esempio). Dunque se dovessi tornare nella stessa strada, preferirei a parità di prezzo soggiornare in altre strutture molto più curate. Ci tengo a precisare che non è una questione di sporcizia, la stanza infatti era pulita. È solo un consiglio: molti visitatori notano queste cose, non solo io.

The key box is located in another building on a different street, which is very inconvenient. The apartment is very noisy — I’d suggest adding another door to separate the hallway. The windows face an archway, so the apartment is quite dark. It’s tolerable for one night.

The location was amazing. Cafe downstairs, easy walk to town. The room was super clean and good size.

No interaction with staff except whatsapp. Key pickup/drop is a 5 min walk away.

It was right in the city centre and was overall a nice place to stay. However, it is right on top of a cafe at a very busy street and it was a bit noisy. Even though,not a huge space, it had all needed amenities.

The noise, the street smells and the construction it was in the middle of. In addition, it was not very pleasant we had to pick and bring back the key at the other side of the street and due to the ongoing constructions it was quite a walk with luggage. The staff wasn't very responsive either.

Cleanliness and really nice place.
