Garden Lodge

Posizione ottima, in pieno centro, ma essendo il cortile interno molto tranquillo. Un posto davvero meraviglioso.

La gentillesse du propriétaire extraordinaire. Le logement convenait parfaitement à notre attente. La climatisation était le petit plus très apprécié pour passer des nuits paisibles. Je recommande grandement

Nette en mooie inrichting en ruim en schoon

Wij hadden veel bagage ivm tijdsduur van 2 weken , en de afstand naar parkeerplaats was daardoor met komen, aan begin van vakantie, en gaan, op einde van vakantie, wat ver . Eén suggestie ; een bolderkar om bagage te vervoeren ter beschikking stellen:)

The property had everything it was clean the reception we received was beautiful and friendly. Location was fantastic ferry just a 2 minute walk and train station 10 minutes walk. We were given lots of information where to eat and what to see. So helpful we highly recommend this hotel. We will return.

There was nothing negative.

Tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt. Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz ganz in der Nähe (ausser Freitags, Markt). Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.

Nichts

One word to sum up our stay. PERFECT Perfect location, perfect apartment and perfect hosts. Garden Lodge was our favourite place we stayed in during our entire trip and we stayed in 10 different places over one month. The apartment was immaculate, modern, comfortable and had all the essentials we needed. The bed was amazing and so comfortable and the bathroom and shower a great size, considering they are usually small in Italy. Centrally located, literally in town and just a few minutes walk to the lake and ferries. The restaurants and shops are at your doorstep, yet your stay is soooo quiet and peaceful at night and in the mornings because the apartments are at the back in a garden courtyard. I could have stayed and stayed; we were so sad to leave after only 3 nights. The hosts and the locals were all so friendly and Stresa was simply beautiful and stunning to explore. Thank you, Giorgio and Sergio and the lady, (Nadia i think her name was) in the leather bag shop, you were all so helpful and friendly. We loved chatting to you, and my husband loves the leather belt he bought from your shop. Giorgio was a gentleman and even drove us to the train station on our last day. Also, thank you for the restaurant recommendations especially, Taverna Del Pappagallo Ristorante E Pizzeria. Yum!

No complaints we loved everything about our stay

Lovely place right in the town, very close to the lake, but it feels peaceful, hidden away behind the shop. Very clean, with friendly helpful staff. Plenty of space, good shower, useful little kitchen area. It was nice to sit and watch the birds in the garden. Stresa is beautiful too, with so much to do and great restaurants near to the Garden Lodge.

Everything was great, no complaints!

Very close to old town Stresa, everything at your doorstep. The hosts were very welcoming and gave us some great local tips. And Giorgio gave us a lift to the railway station on our departure. Nice people. Highly recommend this property.
