The location is great, property very clean and cosy. It looks much better in reality than in photos! Will surely not disappoint! The host is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, we absolutely loved it and we hope that we will be back one day!

Everything nice and well presented

Property was comfortable and well-equipped. The owners live next door and were generally responsive (subject to one issue, noted in response to the next question). The owners have a lovely dog who is very friendly - great for us, as we love dogs, but if you don’t like dogs this might not be the property for you as access is via a shared garden and the dog was often outdoors.

Access was via a driveway that was not cleared and was sheet ice in January - very dangerous! (The property owners cleared their part of the driveway but there was a shared driveway before that which was not cleared.) At the time of booking, the hot tub was advertised as free for one use and an additional charge beyond that. On arrival, we were told we would have to pay to use it at all but that once we did we could use it as often as we liked - we agreed on the basis that it would be made available when we wanted it (it is wood fired so has to be heated each time); however, we asked for it to be prepared for our last day and it wasn’t done (and we had been out during the day so were not aware of this until we came back to use it). The owners claimed they didn’t receive our message (which showed delivered on my phone just like all the other messages) but the fact remains that we did not get a service we had paid for and they still insisted that we pay the full amount for using the hot tub. This was not well managed and we have reduced the score we have given the property as a result.

Spacious appartement that is tasteful and modern. Large and comfortable bed. Plenty of storage. Great facilities. Supermarket closeby. Friendly host! Location perfect for cycling and hiking/running.

Sometimes you have a bit of noise of other inhabitants in the building, but in the late evening everything is quiet. A small kitchenknife would have been useful too. ;-)
