The location of the flat is perfect! Just two steps from the lake, with lake view! The apartment is big, lot of space - love the kitchen. I slept in the bedroom next to the kitchen, the bed is really comfortable! 100m from the flat, there's a nice café/bakery with the best croissants! Perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea. We will come back!

There is only one bathroom, which is not really problem but we stayed with 6 girls so there was quite a queue if everyone wanted to have a shower.

amazing views over lake, authentic large apartment with good amenities they provided help when electricity overloads and cuts out lake maggiore is stunning and the huge balcony is simply superb for watching the light change over the day, very special positioned very near the boat and bus stops and town shops/restaurants best restaurant underneath with cheap gorgeous food!!! restaurant staff very helpful, even called us an ambulance one night

no air con in bedrooms kitchen electricity couldn't handle washing machine and microwave and kettle at once, kept switching off

Apartment was rather bare and tired, especially the bathroom.

Spacious apartment in a great location with a fabulous view. Just across the street from the ferry and also close to restaurants.

The bathroom is a bit dated, a shower curtsin will be a good addition

The location is excellent. Irina was lovely and helpful. The apartment was very roomy and overlooks the lake.

We didn't dislike anything. There were a few idiosyncrasies to note - # the hair-dryer provided only fits a powerpoint in the kitchen (where there's no mirror). # no shower screen in the bathroom # there are shelves, but no wardrobe hanging space

The view of the lake was amazing from the front terrace. The location was great, close to everything. We were pleasantly surprised to have good wifi as the writeup made it sound like there was none. The shower was very disappointing. We were baffled about the trash collection system and finally gave up. It is not a luxurious accomodation, but the view and location make up for that.

The location and the view were excellent. One of the two beds was comfortable. The internet and heat worked well. The apartment had lots of space.

The shower was very difficult to use and to get in and out of. The kitchen was sparsely supplied and overall the apartment could have used a better cleaning - we found crumbs in the couch and bedroom chair as well as some dirt in a few corners.
