"Comfortable apartment close to the beaches"

The pool, it’s small but clean, nicely designed and perfect for little kids. The apartment is well equiped with everything you need. Very functional and modern AC, not too noisy at night. It’ a 10-20min car ride to some beautiful beaches around.

The foldable sofa where kids slept is old and the surface is peeling off. I moved it towards the wall for kids not to fall of it and there was lots of dirt under it, hair and dust. Also there is an omnipresent artificial scent of some detergent or house scent which I personally hated but couldn’t get rid of it, especially not in the bedroom. But my husband didn’t mind. Also the terasses are not so private you basically dine with your neighbours voices.

"Fine appartment; close to the beaches"

Nice appartment; clean and functional. Staff is very helpful and is easy to reach via Whatsapp. Location is good; 40 mins to Piombino and 20 mins to Castigliano di Pescaia. We also used the undergound parking (with a fee) to keep the car cool. Garage very small; quite a challenge with a station wagon.

The complex is quite remote (nothing within walking distance) and is a mix of residences (some of which are empty) and rent appartments. Pool is quite small (and not deep). Towels are not included in the price. Nice to stay if you are willing to drive around the area.
