Convenient to boardwalk and restaurants

First of all the address to actually get in is deceiving. And 4b is out of sequence in the street: Eg. It runs as follows - 4A, 4, 4C, then 4B. There is no ocean view - not even a glimpse. The switch on the wall above the stove is not for the electric hotplate, it’s for the aircon and you must have doors shut for it to work. A sign on the switch would’ve been helpful. The wifi tends to drop out too so you must go to meter box and turn all switches up. When I asked about these things I was told that the other guests hadn’t had these problems. But in Australia we have different setting up, so it’s not necessarily the same for everyone. I felt that to be a bit rude.

The apartment is nice, clean, comfortable, well decorated and well equipped. The location is close to the sea and close to the centre. Elena speaks English and reacted quickly when we told her that there were no towels and then when we realised that the wi-fi wasn’t working properly and she fixed both issues.

Very hard to find a parking spot. Once we did, we didn’t dare moving our car during the whole stay. It’s a bit noisy: the pipe system is very noisy, the building’s internal noise insulation is not so good and you can hear the trains. If you stay several days, bring your own toilet paper and toiletries as what’s provided is just for one day. The view to the sea is only sideways from the balcony through 2 windows of another building.

Location was great and it was fully equipped. Even had things like salt, herbs and olive oil which helped.

beautifully located, comfortable apartment right by the sea in the unique city of rapallo. helpful owner, kind and cordial. there are maps and tips for exploring the area in the house. large balcony with a nice view of the garden, elevator, great surroundings.

to use wifi you have to restart the router from time to time, but this is a minor inconvenience.

Lovely large apartment, walkable with suitcases from the station. Lovely location, close to the front and restaurants. Lovely balcony for sitting out with a garden view.

Had advised our arrival but nobody was there to meet us. Frequent unanswered calls before contacting Booking.com. After this, entry instructions were sent, which could have been sent before we arrived.
