В день заезда, мне предоставили другую квартиру, из за того что у меня не было выбора я согласилась! Владелец пообещал сделать скидку и не выполнил обещание, в кроватке есть клещи и они кусали меня на протяжении недели

Reservamos o Chic House e tivemos dificuldades com o check-in. Falamos por telefone com quatro pessoas diferentes. Um dizia que era com o outro. No dia do check-in,nos disseram que o apartamento teve problema hidráulico e nos disponibilizaram um outro apartamento que não foi o que aparece na foto. Outro endereço. Abbiamo prenotato la Chic House e abbiamo avuto problemi con il check-in. Abbiamo parlato al telefono con quattro persone diverse. Una ha detto che era con ll'altra. Il giorno del check-in, ci è stato detto che l'appartamento aveva un problema idraulico e ci è stato offerto un altro appartamento, non quello mostrato in foto. Un indirizzo diverso.

The location of the apartment in this price range is extremely good, a 5-minute walk to the train station and 15 to the old town. Moreover, I enjoyed a private, sufficiently equipped kitchen. There was a coffee machine and free coffee capsules were included. A washing machine, for this money, is also a nice convenience.

The entrance (just outside of the apartment) is very messy with a lot of pigeon feathers and some rubbish. The apartment itself wasn't the cleanest as well, though not as badly. Furthermore, the apartment is underground and if you're hoping for natural lighting it's not a place for you.
