I had a very pleasant stay at this location. The booking process was smooth, and Tommaso was extremely kind, communicative, and helpful throughout, which made everything easy from the start. The location itself is very convenient—within just 5 minutes you can reach the train that connects directly to Venice in about 30 minutes, which is a big plus. The place matched the photos in the listing perfectly and is situated in a quiet, peaceful area. Inside, the apartment was well-equipped. There was a large fridge, a functional kitchen with everything needed to heat food, including a microwave and an oven. The water pressure was very good for both hot and cold water, and the heating system worked efficiently, with hot water provided by the apartment’s own boiler.

As for the downsides, this is mainly a matter of personal preference: the mattress was softer than what we’re accustomed to, and also a bit shorter than the standard 2-meter length we usually consider ideal—especially for taller people. We generally prefer a firmer, full-length mattress, so it wasn’t the most comfortable fit for us.

Persönliche Schlüsselübergabe und Vorstellung der Wohnung, danke Tommaso, Die Wohnung ist recht groß und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Supermarkt zu Fuß nur 7 Minuten, der Bahnhof 3 Minuten. Wie sind von hier aus für 8,10€ nach Venedig gefahren, super stressfrei! Eigener Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig, airco, wasmachine, föhn. Een net appartement en heerlijke bedden. Super fijn was de privé parkeerplaats in de garage. Perfecte locatie, 2 minuten van het station om van hieruit Venetië en Treviso te bezoeken. Venetië 25 min met de trein en Treviso 7 min. Treinen rijden om de 20 min.Super handig en ideaal. Wij hebben fijne en heerlijke dagen hier gehad.

The location is extremely good, located in a quiet, family environment. Good connection with the highway and train station, convenient for day trips to nearby cities, Venice, Padua, Treviso. The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, very tidy and has everything you need for a stay
