Vico Amato Residenza

Great location in the heart of Sulmona. Modernised flat with plenty of space.

The flat could do with a few more basic pieces of equipment. We would recommend an electric kettle, a toaster and possibly an air fryer. We had to buy a corkscrew and spatula for the frying pan (which we have left behind!) but it needs at least 2 cutting boards (bread and vegetables), more mugs, several sharp knives including a bread knife and supplying a tea towel - the small galley kitchen doesn't allow for a lot of washing up to be left to drip dry! The kitchen is definitely "one butt" but the attached dining room has plenty of space for an extra work top and to store other items of equipment. I would recommend the owner stays a night in their own property and they will soon realise what is missing.

Nice, central and quiet location in the city centre near restaurants to live the city's life. Good stay for 2 nights.

Bit old apartment especially the shower. Biggest con were the bed and especially the pillows unfortunately.

Atillio the host greeted me at the apartment to hand over the keys and provide all the necessary information. He was most helpful.The apartment has a spacious Bedroom and Kitchen area. Newly renovated, it is bright and comfortable. Daily cleaning is offered and towels refreshed etc. This was a lovely surprise. The apartment is in an excellent location, minutes from The Corso and Piazza. Would highly recommend a stay here at Vico Amato.

The Bedroom was very large and could easily accomodate a comfortable chair or small sofa to relax in. The only seats are the kitchen seats and not easy to relax in. The small kitchen has a few essential items. Perhaps the additional of a few more ie Chopping Board, Dish Towel etc... would be helpful. An Iron and Ironing Board would be most helpful.

Great location. We had a lovely meal in the pizza place around the corner. Easy walk to the town car park. Lovely large comfortable room.
