"Pessima esperienza poco affidabili"

Pessima esperienza . …mi è stato comunicato alle 20:49 che il check-in era chiuso perché troppo tardi ….nonostante nel pomeriggio avevamo concordato telefonicamente il mio arrivo in tarda serata dato che viaggiavamo in macchina …con l’ aggravante del traffico e del maltempo …conclusione ci siamo ritrovati a mezzanotte senza un alloggio e con una persona in condizioni di salute non ottimali…quindi che dire …pessima esperienza…frequento Siena da circa due anni e non mi è mai capitato nulla di simile ..
