Palazzo Lenzi

Entryway was dark and we hadn't been told where the light switch was. Motion sensor lights would be great. We found the light switch near the end of our stay.

Absolutely loved this appartment ,Cristina was amazing with all the info and the apartment once windows of the appartment were shut it was so quite in a busy town ,it was great to have a kitchen we cooked dinner most nights , position was right in the middle ,location was 10/10

This view is the best in Siena! Every window faces the Campo and I never got sick of it! In fact I felt like a princess in a castle. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and warm for the winter. Great, fast communication as well with Cristina. There are kitchen facilities if you want to cook yourself a few meals. I definitely recommend the valet service with Donato available if you come by car, it is very professional, convenient and the same price as keeping your car overnight at the parking station (but they can enter inside the city walls).

Be warned there are stairs if you have mobility problems. There is an old lift in the building which unfortunately was broken during my stay but Cristina was very accommodating. The very strong Niyeret even carried down my luggage, as I was alone and not able to due to a knee injury. If the lift is working it goes up most of the way, there would just be one smaller flight to walk.
