La Terrazza

The apartment itself is one room with spacious sleeping space, en-suite bathroom and fully equipped kitchen area. Comfy bed, soundproof windows, and plenty of good quality supplies included for a decent Italian breakfast. But the big draw is the balcony and terrace stretching around three sides of the apartment. Views up to the old town, castle and duomo, as well as across Piazza Garibaldi. Great location and value for money.

Excellent location in Spoleto. The room included a kitchenette and the entire breakfast was provided upon arrival. The host allowed us to check in early with excellent instructions. Our questions were answered quickly.

More literature on the town of Spoleto would have been helpful.

Posizione centrale con comodo parcheggio (a pagamento) sulla piazza dove si trova la struttura, il centro storico si raggiunge comodamente a piedi. L'appartamento è ben curato, ampio, pulito e con a disposizione tutto il necessario; la cordialità e la disponibilità degli host sono davvero da "sentirsi come a casa".

Gradino troppo alto per accedere alla terrazza.

Perfecte ligging, centraal in Spoleto. Heerlijk terras. Fijne bedden. Erg fijn ook dat onze fietsen op het terras konden.

Het ontbijt stelde niet veel voor, zelfs voor Italiaanse begrippen. Geen croissantjes of yoghurt, alleen koffie, wat melk en granola.
