Appartamento Perla

Very nice and comfortable clean apartment. Very good location. Hosts were very accommodating and checked we were ok throughout our stay.

A lift as we had to carry our suitcases up a fair few flights of stairs.

Fabulous location at the top of Bellagio, right next to all the action, and a street over from the crowds. Has everything you need to cook, great AC (one in each room), and beds were roomy. Great closet space, has an iron, and a clothes drying rack that came in handy! Hosts were so kind and sent lots of recommendations. Would highly recommend! 10/10

Nothing! However, beware you’ll need to climb lots of stairs to get there due to the location at the top of the hill. It’s totally manageable, and the town is actually pretty small (seems smaller in person than on the map). Apartment is also on the second floor (3rd for Americans) with no elevator.

Monica and Paolo provided us with all the information we needed/wanted (directions, accessing the apartment, restaurant recommendations, Lake Como acitvities,...) prior to our arival. Our stay at La Perla could not have been better. everything about our stay at La Perla Aparments far exceeded our expectations.

There wer no negatives from reservation time to departure.

The apartment was centrally located in Bellagio. Two bedrooms were both spacious, one a little bigger than the other but perfect for a child which is where our toddler stayed. The AC worked well along with the heat.

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like!
