Excellent location. Good amenities for example full kitchen, all dishes, coffee supplied for espresso machine, laundry machine.

No air conditioning. It was in the thirties and inside the castle wall is cooler,but only one fan.

This a beautiful one bedroom apartment in the old town of Bassano del Grappa. It is close to restaurants, cafes, and some great gelati. It's just a short walk down the hill to the Grappa museum (worth a visit) and the famous covered bridge. The host left me a small gift, which was a lovely bottle of sparkling wine and biscuits. The kitchen was well equipped and even had milk in the fridge. The washing machine was used every day because it was so hot. There is plenty of space for a couple for a few days or a week or more. The bathroom was beautifully renovated, although being 190cm, it was a little tight in the shower. The train station is only a 10 minute walk away.

No air conditioning and you can't open the window shutters. Fortunately, there was a fan, which made the it comfortable. The bed has a very firm mattress, which some may not like, but I found fine. But these are minor complaints compared to how lovely this apartment is.

The flat was cosy and comfortable and the location was perfect for visiting the centre.

The living room was a bit dark without lights, but to be expected for the type of building. Didn't detract from the comfort.

Everything was so perfect...accomodation...little touches from our host (sweets and prosecco😊)...Beautiful Bassano

This was the best place we stayed in on our trip. Quiet, supper clean, great welcome pack, wine , milk, coffee tea. oil, balsamic etc, and in a great location near the river for country walks. a bit dark but we were in part of a Castle after all.
