"Cosy place, good value for money."

We were personally met by the owner. Got a nice story about the origin of the apartment and some history of the area what made it all so more enjoyable. Very amicable, kind person, the owner. The apartment was spacious with a large kitchen. As we arrived late and everything was closed it was so nice to find some crackers and jam, happy with that! We could also park the car right next to the door. By car it was only 12min to the nearest beach with view of the famous 'sugarbread' island.

We had some noise from upstair neighbours.

Absolutely great apartment. Easy parking right next to the apartment. Everything clean, equipped, ready. Very kind and helpful owner. Definitely recommend!

"Great apartment"

In this apartment you have everything, in the kitchen some basic stuff for cooking, there is even washing machine, vacuum cleaner, nice plus was AC to warm the place. The place is clean. Parking is outside on the street or near some fitnes studio one street lower. Just be careful with the car by the street, it is soil ground with bigger holes. Sandro is very friendly and helpful.

"highly recommended appartment"

We were welcomed by Sandro, who showed and explained everything to us. We bridged the language barrier (we knew little Italian, he little English) with hands and feet. Sandro is great and very helpful, always checking in with us. The flat is on the outskirts of the city, about 5-10 minutes walk from the old town, in a wonderfully quiet location. The equipment is great, everything you could wish for is there, as described. You can always find a parking space nearby, we were usually able to park directly in front of the house. We will definitely be back!

"Ideal location to visit south west coast of Sardinia"

The location was very good, nicely placed to drive to multiple places in the south west of Sardinia such as Porto Flavia, etc. The host was very helpful in many ways and the apartment is ideal for a family stay.

Conversing was a bit difficult as the host spoke only Italian but he took every effort to help us!
