Great location. Lovely sitting out on the balcony with a cup of coffee. Comfortable bed. Didn't cook anything but kitchen seemed well stocked.

The apartment is new and very well located. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Unfortunately we had an issue with cockroaches. They kept appearing in the bathroom and kitchen area. The host tried to solve the problem with an spray, but it got clear after the second day that the flat actually needed a disinfection. We were oriented by them to contact booking about a partial refund but the didn't get a satisfactory answer. Now we are about to contact the main office of the administrator. It is a shame because the flat is really good, but we feel like a lot of money were spent to be very uncomfortable and hesitating to cook or even sleep, since the sofa bed is beside the kitchen counter. I hope they fix the situation for the next costumers and that we can find a way to be compensated.

The apartment is modern and nice. The sofa bed had a good dimension, confortable and spacious enough for 2 children. The apartment is very close to the city center and next to Prato della Valle. In the evening it is very easy to find parking, during the day it is a bit harder.

You can easily ear noise coming from other close apartments, but at the end the place is quiet enough.

Location was good

Bed was uncomfortable with dirty quilt wrapped in bed sheets..no privacy at all..too much sound coming from nearby rooms..very small wash room..they dont even have baggage storing facility...we paid 30 euro extra for checkin at 10:30 pm...

Location was incredibly close to the tram, bus, main downtown square. Also very nice, clean neighborhood. Several coffee shops within 1 block, groceries 2 blocks.

Not many restaurants outside of the downtown offerings. No lighting in the building hallway making it difficult at night to get in and out of the door.
