"A good place for a calm holiday break"

It is a very nice place - spacious bedroom and living room, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. We felt at home, and it was quite close (around a 10-minute walk) to the train station and the beach. A nice touch was the possibility of using bicycles. Also, the owners were very nice.

Close to a busy street, but this was not a big problem.

The location was perfect and it was very nice we could use the bikes to get around Lavagna. All the facilities were available in the house. House is very spacious.

No air conditioning, only a portable fan.

Many details that are rarely found elsewhere make the Beach House special, and as a guest you immediately feel at home and have everything you need.

Be aware that the bedroom faces a busy road. But between 23:00 and 5:00 it's mostly quiet.
