Everything was great at this apartment. The bedz were extremely comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean. Massimo is very friendly and makes customers feel welcome.

Corner apartment is perfect place for staying small groups. The excellent location deserves recognition, the cleanliness of the apartment is also at a high level. However, the biggest advantage of the flat is its location, which allows you to reach the old town in about 10 minutes and the main railway station, which is an excellent starting point to the surrounding towns, in 5 minutes. The owner is a very nice and kind person. I'm glad I was able to find this place.

Perfect apartment, beautiful host!

Great location, close to the railway station, where you can easily get your transfer to other cities or airport, lock your luggage... Walking distance to the city center, about 20 minutes, quiet neighbourhood with free parking for your car from 18h till 08h in the morning. Spacious apartment suitable for even 6 people, easy access with code, Massimo is very easy going and helpful, communication only via phone, we did not even had the chance to meet him, but we knew he was there to assist us in everything.

It was good condo, with perfect location. The reason that we take it was for sight seeing and it did what we wanted. The apartment has everything that you need. Thanks to the owner.

We visited Bologna for few days and we were lucky to get chance to be accommodated CornerApartment III. It was the best option, close to the train station, walking distance anywhere we needed to go. Apartment was clean, spacious, provided with all things that makes your life easier and more comfortable (coffee machine, hair dryer, bottle opener, microwave or towels,...). Host was communicative, always available, if needed. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anybody who would like to spend some time in a lovely Italian student city as Bologna is.

The location was super.

The location was very good! Spacious rooms and wardrobes, good size of the kitchen

first thing when we arrived I had to clean the bathroom as there was puke hair everywhere and mould in and outside the shower. mattress in every room was squeaky on every move, you could hear anything coming out from the corridor

Near to the center of the city, 15-20 min walking and very closed to the train station (5-7 min walking distance). Very clean and comfortable.
