Great location, modern, comfortable

The location was superb.In 5 minutes you are at the beach. Il Gigante beach was the best. Kids loved it. 10 minute walk to the old town where there's also a lot of restaurants. There's a small grocery store just outside and focaccia around the corner. We came by car but next time we'll come by train. The station is right on the beach. The apartment has everything you need. Quiet when you close the balcony door and use the aircondition. Great kitchen, fresh bathroom and great wifi. Very helpful host.

Need more shelves for items in bathroom. Manager needs to update video on how to find unit, as video given was with an old door and replaced doormat making it confusing.

It was very conveniently located to be close enough to the train and beach but just far enough away to be away from the crowds. We enjoyed eating on our terrace and enjoying the sun

The location was abosolutely perfect for our little family. We locked out in the weather and had a wonderful time on the beach.

Many issues with this apartment space. Firstly, the water heater: < 10 minutes of hot water (even after letting it reheat for a 12hr period). My partner and I stayed here in early April, and temperatures were in the 40s (F) at night. As such, having a functional water heater with hot showers is imperative, and this is clearly an amenity described by Fillipo (host) on booking.com. Not only was Fillipo unhelpful when we messaged him about this issue, but he also refused to provide us any sort of discount/compensation. In fact, he responded rudely and extremely dismissively. The floors were well cleaned, but the bedding certainly was not. Comforters & pillows had chalky/white stains throughout with a questionable smell — looked like bodily fluids to us. The toilet was also stained and broken (lid off its hinges). We certainly would not stay here again. There are many apartments in the area — don’t make the same mistake as we did. Choose a different one!

Great accommodation and excellent starting point for exploring Cinque Terre. The apartment is very close to the train station and to the beach, as well as to Monteroso's big parking. The host was amazing and provided us with all the support we needed. Highly recommend!

The location was great, close to train station and 10 minute walk to old town. Comfortable bed. Coffee pods provided and a small grocery just a few doors down. Parking at beachfront lot was handy.
