Appartment is just 2-3 minutes away from the Bibione beach.

Freezer full of ice, nobody from the staff checked it. You must bring bed linen and you must clean the appartement yourself. Shower corner with miserable and short curtain caused the water leaking into whole bathroom after every person had a shower, but because owners (Boreal company) did not provide a rug, you had to buy everything in the shop to make the floor dry. We had a car with a roof box andcar park had roof with iron construction which caused problems to park the car - we could damage our roof box. We phoned to a receptionist and they were unwilling to change our parking space. Other cars had deeper space for parking and to solve the problem they could switch the parking spaces and we would have enough space for our roof box. The receptionist was unwilling to do it, so we had to park the car partially on the road. There was no air conditioning in the rooms and no wi fi internet, but we were informed about it before our arrival and our reservation. You cannot bake, because there is no oven in the kitchen, you can only boil some meals in the pot or saucepan. You have only basic standart of accomodation, but you pay a lot. in Lignano for the same size appartment and price we had air-conditioning and internet.And we had beach umbrellas and chairs included in a price. Here in appartement Giuliana we had to pay 24 euros a day for it, because they did not offer this rental service free. So we were dissapointed with Boreal company and we will choose different accomodation in the future.

Very good location, clean rooms, quiet place but very close to beach and busy street.

Not every room has an air conditioner.
