La Marmote Albergo Diffuso di Paluzza Naunina

It was a nice traditional four-floor house. We rented it so we could go skiing in Zoncolan, which was about a 30-minute drive away. We picked up the key at the reception desk in Paluzza, and one employee from the agency accompanied us with her car to the house. Communication with the agency was excellent. Parking was a short walk from the house, but it was possible to drive close to the house for unloading and loading luggage. During our stay, most of the restaurants were closed. On one day with bad weather, we visited the Arta Therme spa center. It was nice, although a little small. One important note: the apartment does not have Wi-Fi. For us adults, this was actually great, but the kids were not as happy about it. A car is definitely necessary if you want to explore the area.

There are a lot of stairs (so it is not suitable for elderly people or people in wheelchairs).

L'appartamento ha una dimensione complessiva comoda per una famiglia numerosa. Le camere sono ampie.

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione complessiva, in particolar modo il bagno e l'impianto elettrico. La posizione del letto in mansarda andrebbe rivista, chi dorme dalla parte del tetto a spiovente rischia di sbattere la testa; basterebbe girare il letto con la testiera sulla parete degli interruttori. Il letto singolo nella cameretta, cigola moltissimo ad ogni movimento; sebbene sia un letto antico, bello da vedere, andrebbe senz'altro sostituito. In cucina sarebbe necessario integrare un po' le dotazioni. Sarebbe utile avere un paio di forbici e sicuramente altri coltelli a sega da tavola (ce n'è solo uno). La pulizia ordinaria è buona, andrebbe sicuramente fatta una pulizia straordinaria nei locali chiusi a chiave Nel complesso, non essendo noi persone troppo esigenti, riteniamo che visto il periodo (luglio) e il costo, nel complesso tutto era adeguato.
