Le logement est super agréable , à 15min à pieds de la gare. Les hôtes ont été extrêmement accueillants, gentils et disponibles. On recommande !

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier with our choice of accommodation. The place was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located for a quick train ride into Florence, but what truly made our visit special was our host, Salvatore. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Sure cosy as soon as you walk in. It feels very secure and everything is clean. Salvatore as a host was wonderful. The kindest man, happy to help whenever we needed, even offering breakfast in the morning. Above and beyond service. Grazie Mille Salvatore!!!

The place was spotless, perfectly located near Prato Centrale station, and the hospitality made all the difference. Salvatore and his wife were incredibly kind — they welcomed me with snacks, wine, and water, and were attentive throughout my stay. The breakfasts were delicious and a real highlight of my mornings. Thank you both for making my trip so special. I would love to stay here again!

This well-equipped apartment made our stay in Prato a memoriable one. The strategic location offered us opportunity to visit Florence and nearby towns by train. Salvatore was a very hospitable host and we were able to overcome the language barrier, thanks to Google Translate. The welcoming prosciutto and drinks were a bonus and we looked forward to the freshly baked crossiants and Neapolitan coffee every morning.

Cleaniness needed to be improved. Other than that everything was great.

Great plus: proximity to train station (quiet location next to soccer field & tennis court) only about 10min on foot from train station and about 15min from center of town with church, etc). Wonderful reception from host with a little food (typical local baguette type sandwich) & drink (water & wine) to welcome us. Great to be able to do laundry and hang it out to dry on the rooftop right outside the apartment. Apartment is a couple of floors up, so one has to be able to "do" stairs! But heh, you're in Italy, not in Kansas! Prato is a nice little city, much more "normal" and in that way more interesting than the nearby touristy places like Florence or Pisa. And yes, some folks might think the place is a little dark because of the roof overhang, but in that climate it's a blessing to be able to escape the bright light for a bit.

Very close to the train station. True Italian warmth and hospitality from our host who went above and beyond in all ways. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment fully stocked.
