Terrazza Sul Mare

Marco's apartment is beautiful and spacious - a huge terrace overlooking the sea where you can enjoy your morning coffee. I appreciate Marc's hospitality, prompt communication and willingness.

The only small minus in the apartment is that it is not possible to separate the beds into two separate ones.

We loved this property! It was very comfortable and the view from terrace was incredible - where we enjoyed many beautiful sunsets . The apartment is in a quiet spot but just a 10 minute walk from everything. Marco and Giacomo were always willing to help with any questions we had - car rental, bus schedules, trip to Erice - and Marco was even nice enough to drive us to the bus stop on our departure day. Would highly recommend Terraze Sul Mar to anyone staying in Trapani!

We knew when we booked that a certain amount of electricity was included in the price. It was explained that we would need to pay for additional usage which we understood. It was suggested that if we made normal use there would be little to pay and indeed that was the case. But renters should know that we did not ever use the TV, hair dryer, dishwasher, washing machine (actually broken) AND only used one air conditioner in one bedroom on low at night. The weather was not very hot so we were comfortable. The cost could have been much higher.

Incredible service from Marco. High quality of everything in the apartment, like hotel standard. Seeing the sunset from the terrace with a glass of wine beats everything. We have travelled most of Sicily, and Trapani and Favignana are our favorite places. And this place was just perfect :-)

Marco is really nice person, very caring and helpful. The apartment was perfect, clean, beautiful view and good location. Quite place, 15min aprox. to old town. We enjoyed our statmemt and will recommend it anytime.

We had a fabulous stay, we were self catering, we used the local shop around the corner and ate local produce ,it was amazing .

The view from apartment's teracce is spectacular and the apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Two spacious bedrooms, nice bathroom and huge terrace with dining table. Marco is a Superhost-help and support provided any time with all the information needed for best places to visit etc. Trapani has a lot to offer and this appartment is a MUST for comfortable and visually great vication stay. We travel 4-6 months out of the year and this was the absolute best Penthouse we have stayed in. The view is unbeatable from inside and even better from expansive terrace with covered table and chairs. We sat out at night and were dazzled by the night lights along the coast and stars. The terrace went around 3 sides with the largest expanse facing the ocean. The terrace is very large with room for multiple chairs in the sun and a covered shade section with table for 6+. The King Bed and pillow were very comfortable, Kitchen fully stocked with everything, we parked on the street out front no problem no cost. The neighborhood was safe, great restaurants, ATM, PHARMACY, Grocery. A beautiful beach club is directly in front with great swimming in a sheltered cove, kids play, snorkeling and beach bar. We were about 2 min walk from the old town with numerous restaurants and shopping. Excursions at the harbor are about 10 min walk. Marco the host was great, very warm hearted and a cheerful smile. He provided us with lots of inside suggestions, we became good friends.

The Penthouse was an absolute 10, I have never given a 10 before

Great location as it’s right between the lovely sandy beach of San Giuliano and the town centre. A very handy supermarket is just round the corner with one of the main shopping streets a five minute walk away. The property was spotless and the owner the loveliest and most accommodating host ever!
