Location was great. Couldnt be better.

Communication with staff was odd, I was talking with 3 different people at the same time. Check-in is only from 3 to 9 pm. If you come at any other time you aint gonna be able to enter the apartment. We didn't see that highlighted on the booking site, and we paid for 6 nights (not refundable); the flight was late, and the host didn't want to enable us to enter the apartment around 11 pm. They said we could enter from 3 pm the next day. We didn't get any refund for that one night that we weren't able to use. The apartmant has vary low ceiling, watch your head. Bathroom is small and in the shower you are always hiting your head somewere because of the ceiling beams. After the shower, the floor is always wet. Isolation is bad, you can hear every step in the hallway.

Location was terrific, and the room was very spacious. The fact there was a hot tub was a real novelty. The daily breakfast was really fresh and made to order.

While not deserving a reduced star rating, I would have appreciated a few more coffee capsules, and most importantly - more explicit instructions on using the hot tub!
