Lovely clean and modern apartment with all that we could need. 15 min stroll along the lake to Bardolino and 5 mins from the buses that run regularly along the lake. Great stay, thank you.

Nothing - it was perfect

Quiet location not far from Bardolino down town, far enough for a nice walk along the shore

The stay was a bit inconvenient, mostly since the closets were unusable. They were just open closets with a place to place luggage and hang, no shelves or doors, which was very inconvenient for long stays when you want to unpack your things. We ended up living out of our suitcases which took up a lot of floor space. The location albeit quiet was a bit too disengaged from the lake itself. Not even view to the lake. Finally, seems like the garage gate is remote enabled, but we were given only a key, so each exit/entrance has to exit the car to open the gate. Would have been nice to get a remote.

Hostes waited for us until 22:15, despite 2 hours delay wirh our flight. Facilities are new. Dish washer, microwave oven Air condition, great shower, electric gate for the parking lot, nearby small supermarket

Arianna is an amazing host, always responded very quickly and was so helpful. She helped with taxis, any issues she resolved instantly, she gave advise on places and even left a little gift for us on arrival. Could not fault the property, it was so clean and modern and had everything we needed.

The property has been refurbished to a high standard. The apartment is large and airy with very good air conditioning. Everything is new with modern decor. Superb large bathroom again fully refurbished with a powerful shower. We were met at the property and shown around, with explanations of how everything worked.

The noise. Unfortunately this apartment has no noise insulation at all, you can hear every conversation, bathroom visit and tv show from your neighbours. These are not holiday apartments so many people who live there have to get up for work early or they arrive home late. They were not particularly noisy or doing anything wrong but you could hear everything. Our apartment was above a blind and canopy shop manufacturing the blinds on site. Some mornings we were awoken at 7.30 am with banging and hammering. If you are an early riser on holiday, this will not be a problem. However, we felt even on a Sunday it was too much noise.
