The location is absolutely fantastic. The apartment is situated on an incredibly charming street just a few steps from Porta Pescara and the local beach. The apartment is spacious and very roomy, with some distance between the three bedrooms with double beds — perfect for a large family with four grown-up children.
The beds are large and comfortable. It’s a stylish apartment in a modern design, but with large balcony doors opening onto the street from the kitchen, living room, and the largest bedroom, which creates a cozy and authentic atmosphere. We had a good and ongoing dialogue with the host.

We could have used one more dining chair, as we were six people. The kitchen could also have had a bit more tableware — especially more plates and glasses.
The front door was difficult for the children to open and might need some adjustment. We were fine with the stairs to the first floor and the landing, though we can see how it could be an issue if you're traveling with small children. In the long term, it might be worth making it safer with additional railings or barriers. We had a few initial issues with the air conditioning, the hot water system, etc., some of which needed to be remotely managed by the host, but communication was good, and everything was resolved quickly.

The apartment was perfect for a stay with our family. We were all flying in from different parts of the world and it was the perfect place to catchup and relax. 3 good size rooms with comfy beds and 2 bathrooms and 1 separate powder room made for a great stay. The apartment is in the old town and is only 50 meters from the beach. The host was easily contactable and very helpful, Would highly recommend this beautiful apartment.

• There was no heat in the apartment when we arrived, and the owner had no one available to fix the issue until the next day. We froze the first night. • Dirty stairwell with debris, including a wheelbarrow and ladder cluttering the stairs to the second-level apartment entry. • Inside the apartment, the stairway to the upper level was extremely narrow, lacked any railing, and was unsafe. There was no barrier on the upper level to prevent falls to below. • Loud noise from outside the apartment. • Uncomfortable beds with tired bedding, too few blankets, and no top sheets. One of the bedroom windows had louvers that didn’t close, allowing early morning light. • Inadequate supplies in the apartment: no shower gel in the bath, no extra toilet paper, no liquid dish soap, no paper towels, and no basic kitchen provisions (such as spices). • No information provided about the city, such as restaurant recommendations—even after requesting. The owner was not particularly responsive. We had to text multiple times and call before getting a reply about the heat. He was skiing in the French Alps at the time. He did not have a property manager available to fix the heating issue until the following day. Due to the numerous issues, we informed the owner the next day that we had endured an uncomfortable night, found the apartment to be substandard and unsafe, and had decided to check out.

This apartment is huge, has air con, but only in the main hallway area. The lounge/dinning area was so big yet only one small couch, we were family of 5 so only 3 of us could fit on the couch. Kitchen was great, industrial style, gas cooking, large sink, dishwasher but could do with some more mugs. The apartment is in a great location. Owner responded to a message very quickly. You are minutes from the beach and you are surrounded by bars and restaurants. Don't bother with a car Cefalu is meant to be seen by foot, its gorgeous

There was a knack to unlocking the door which took us a while to get the hang of after speaking with the owner. Pillows were not good.

The location of this apartment is perfect. Direct access to the main streets and places to visit. Apartment is spacious and super clean with comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. The design is modern and really interesting, worked well for our family of four adults. We arrived early and the host allowed us to enter long before the check in time. Host was fantastic and on hand to help us on watts app with restaurant advice and other things.

Compared to other places we have stayed it would have been nice to have some welcome bits to eat or drink as we travelled overnight. No TV signal, only access to Netflix. Sofa in living area to small for 4 of us and uncomfortable and with no TV signal the room was not used as well as it could have been for us all.

The apartment was very near everything and was very comfortable. There was a third bathroom, which was a bonus, so each room had their own bathroom.

Perhaps a rail on the stairs for the upstairs bedroom.

The location could not have been better, we were very close to the wonderful beach. We did not have a car nor do you want one in this old historic part of town, it is wonderful to walk everywhere. Great shops and restaurants all around us. The fruit and vegetable vendor would sing in the street everyday and we would run down to buy fresh produce. The kitchen was well equipped, even some left over spices and condiments. We paid it forward and left some things. Same goes, so nice to have a washer machine and large drying rack, even some laundry detergent. Our host Sebastian was a delight, we had a few moments of needing him and he always answered the phone immediately and was polite with the crazy Americans; even long before we arrived I would send many questions, same goes, he was quick with a reply and always helpful. Thank you Sebastian!

My 1st impression was not good and I was very concerned as the steps leading up to the apartment were filthy with dying plants. The house cleaning team really should keep that tidy. Thank goodness it was not the same inside, it was very clean. There is one step leading into the kitchen and one to the master bedroom, you don't see them until you trip on them. We put bright tape on the floor to warn us and other to watch your step. I know this is petty, but the pillows were not so good. Directions of where to put the trash and leaving extra trash bags would be helpful.

Lovely designer apartment with lots of space and it was very central to the city. We walked out of the apartment and we are in the heart of the city. 2 min walk and we were on the beach.

Maybe it’s a bit dangerous with younger children, as it is a 2 floor apartment, it has open stair case & walkway to bedroom upstairs with no guards or rails, children can easily fall through it, however we liked it very much, I think next time, we know how the city works, maybe we stay outside, because looking for parking everyday was not fun as we couldn’t park near this place.
